Membership Database.

Thanks to the group working on the  Membership Database Requirements Document an approach was adopted for making decisions regarding what we would like to see included in any system changes that may be anticipated for the future.

Games Site Visits

The site visits for both the 2027 Ft McMurray Games and 2028 Grande Prairie Games were set for April 14, 2026 and May 19 (as revised) respectively.

NWT request

The request from NWT to be included in the Ft McMurray Games was accepted with them being included as a separate “Zone” for competition.  Medals for them will be assessed bu NWT and will be dependent on their placement among the overall group without impacting the medals we will present.

Committee Structure and Job responsibilities will be referred to the Executive Committee for revision.

Bid & Hosting Guiidelines

A draft document has been developed, the Games Committee and Tech Directors will work  to get the equipment requirements included for use with future bids.

Games Policy

Decision was made to adopt the revised policy presented by Ken.  This document is a framework and subject to both minor and major changes as they arise.  This process is currently the responsibility of the Games Committee.

5 Pin Bowling proposal for May 2122 was approved as a Provincial event in Medicine Hat

AGM for May 4th in Red Deer will include a board appreciation dinner.

It appears that there will be a Canada Games in 2028—location TBA

The website will be updated for a calendar of Events by Kevin.

Next meetings are:  Mar 18 Executive, April 10 Board at Percy Page, Apr 24 Executive
